Our Plan

• Stop wasteful spending
• Actively seek citizen input and honestly engage the community in big decisions
• Realign priorities to what the community needs, wants and can afford
• Address citizen concerns about lack of enforcement, stormwater runoff and blight
• Reinstate the Lake Pocotopuag Commission to create and implement a budgeted watershed management and clean-up plan
• Create a community-wide Master Plan to direct action and unify efforts
• Seek grant funding and regional cost-sharing opportunities to pay for projects
• Improve efficiency and communication in Town government
• Share information through improved communications with citizens and community outreach
• Demonstrate strong leadership by setting clear direction, empowering action, sharing credit and being accountable
