Why I'm Running for Office

Children First
My name is Molly-Kate Hall and I am running for a seat on the East Hampton Board of Education as a member of the Chatham Party.

I graduated from East Hampton High School, and upon graduating from Keene State have worked in a variety of fields, one of which was as a teacher. My current profession is in insurance underwriting.  I am a mother of two children who will soon be entering the East Hampton School system. I want to ensure that my children, and that all of our children, receive the best education our town can offer.

As a long time resident of East Hampton, I have seen many changes in our town and feel that it is time to get involved.  I will draw from my experience and background to represent the diversity of our community’s students, families, teachers, and taxpayers.  

In the coming years, our school system faces a myriad of challenges and opportunities.  As a town, we must navigate facility maintenance and improvements, curricular needs, and better financial management.  I know The Chatham Party offers our town the best chance at balancing our children’s educational needs with taxpayer concerns and financial constraints.

On Election Day please vote your support for me and the rest of the Chatham Party by choosing Row “C”.
